On 23rd November 2011, PROLIST® open 2011 took place in the Evonik site in Hanau-Wolfgang.

"PROLIST in application" was the motto of this event, which has been organized by PROLIST® INTERNATIONAL since 2007 and been named "Membership Day" formerly. This year 50 participants attended the event eager to learn about the current PROLIST applications.

According to the motto, a live demonstration of Lists of Properties (LOP) of process control equipment together with the corresponding operation cycles as well as a demonstration of the optimization of the engineering and the maintenance processes had been given. In various presentations, new tools needed for the use of the NE 100 content were shown. General subjects like a News Magazine and insights into a "Digital Factory" using machine-readable LOPs completed the event’s program. On the eve of PROLIST® open 2011 a dinner for all participants and, of course, with the traditional dinner speech, which had been delivered by the chairman of the Executive Board, Dr. Gunther Kegel this year.

On 22nd November, a workshop on "Integration of the PROLIST NE 100 data in companies’ applications" took place. Like in the year before, the workshop had been organized by Paradine. Apart from some news about PRO-SPEC, the all-round program for implementation of the LOP technology according to NE 100, the new NE 100 API for integration of company- internal software had been presented.
