Die NE 112 ist vollständig überarbeitet worden

Die seit 2005 im Entwurf vorliegende NAMUR-Empfehlung 112 wurde vollständig überarbeitet und liegt jetzt als endgültige Fassung vor.
Die Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) fordert die Prüfung von Anlagen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen. Diese Forderung wird durch die Technischen Regeln für Betriebssicherheit (TRBS) 1201 „Prüfungen von Arbeitsmitteln und überwachungsbedürftigen Anlagen“ und TRBS 1201 Teil 1 „Prüfung von Anlagen in explosions¬gefährdeten Bereichen und Überprüfung von Arbeitsplätzen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen“ weiter konkretisiert.
Darauf basierend gibt die NAMUR-Empfehlung 112 Hinweise zur Ausgestaltung von betrieblichen Prüfkonzepten. Der Integration der Prüfungen in den Instandhaltungsprozess wird dabei besondere Beachtung geschenkt.
Die NE 112 ist so gestaltet, dass sie für den elektrischen und den nicht-elektrischen Explosionsschutz angewendet werden kann.

The Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung) BetrSichV stipulates the inspection of systems and plants which require monitoring in potentially-explosive areas. This requirement is defined further by the Technical Regulations for Industrial Safety and Health (Technische Regeln für Betriebssicherheit) TRBS 1201 “Inspection of equipment and plant requiring monitoring” and TRBS 1201 Part 1 “Inspection of plants in potentially-explosive areas and monitoring of workplaces in potentially-explosive areas”.
This NAMUR recommendation should, on this basis, provide assistance in the development of operational inspection concepts. Particular attention is paid to the integration of inspections in the maintenance process.
The recommendation 112 can be applied for both electrical and non-electrical explosion protection.
